RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
At Prakrta, we pack our products with love and care for your wonderful experience with us while ensuring that all the products reach you within the stipulated duration that is communicated to you through the channels authorized by you. All the products are unused and delivered with the cooperation of responsible third parties. However, it may happen so that for a reasonable cause at your end, you wish to return, or exchange your order for which we have certain governing policies that follow hereunder. We take your concerns very seriously hence, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible and resolve them in the best possible manner.
Your valuable purchase is returnable basis the terms of this clause. We request you to return the product in its original packaging, along with the tags and seals with which the product was delivered. Any tampering with the same will be taken as a sign of the product being used which will force us to deny any further processing of your return request. The return policy we offer is valid till thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase and the option of returns will be closed thereafter hence, we request you to place your return requests in a timely manner.
We will only accept the products in the condition in which they were sent to you. You will be required to state the reasons for the return so that we can verify your return request. For completing your return request, we will require your receipt/proof of purchase which can be easily accessed from the orders section of your account with us. You are advised to check the address before sending the item for return so that the process can be initiated smoothly and efficiently. The address is given below:

Kindly note that goods belonging to certain categories are not eligible for returns which include perishable goods and tampered products including missing tags and labels. We will not be responsible for any return pickup. Returning the product will be your sole responsibility. Please keep in mind that the returned product may take 7-10 working days to reach our facility/warehouse/order processing center. Further, it may be noted that the expense of your own shipping for returning the product(s) is your responsibility for which no claims will be entertained in any manner, whatsoever. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you are given one.
The option of exchanges is available to you in the cases of defective/damaged goods. To effectuate the exchange process and exchange a product with the same product or a different product of the same price, please e-mail us the proof of purchase along with the product(s) to the following address:

We provide refunds on the items after proper inspection and in the original method of payment in which the payments were made by you. For instance, if you used the method of UPI payment through Google pay or Paytm, we will refund the amount to such linked bank account.
We will promptly notify you when the product is received and when the refund is initiated. In case of any damages are observed, we will notify you if the refund request can be processed or not. A refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the return shipment. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to show in your account therefore, we request you to wait for some time after we notify you about the initiation of refunds. Typically refunds may take 7-14 days to reflect in your account depending on the mode and method of refund.

REFUNDS FOR CASH-ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
Once your returned product passes the checks, our customer service representative may reach out to you to obtain your bank account information in order for us to initiate the refund for your COD order, if applicable.
We provide shipping of all the orders placed by you and notify you about the status of the placed order including when the product is shipped. However, we will not be responsible for any return pickup. Returning the product will be your sole responsibility. Please keep in mind that the returned product may take 7-10 working days to reach our facility/warehouse/order processing center post which further processes will be initiated thus, kindly be patient with the time to receive the exchanged products, accordingly. It may be noted that the expense of your own shipping for returning/exchanging the product is your responsibility for which no claims will be entertained in any manner, whatsoever. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund amount in case of exchanged products.
