SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

  • After an order is received, the order is dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours, unless there is a delay due to holiday season, festivities, illness or external factors (like pandemics, natural calamities etc) that are beyond our control
  • Once dispatched the delivery timelines are governed by the respective courier partner. We ensure that we select reliable courier partners so as to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience to our customers. However typically orders deliver within 3 - 10 business days across India. In certain rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season, or due to certain external factors 
  • Dispatch notification messages including the air waybill number are sent via sms, watsapp and email (if email is provided) so customers can keep track of the shipments
  • Shipments are mostly delivered, Monday - Saturday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS

  • We are unable to cancel an order once it is dispatched from our warehouse. However, customers may email us at info.prakrta@gmail.com / care@prakrta.in with a request for cancellation, within 24 hours of placing the order  
  • Orders cannot be modified once they are placed in the system. However they can be cancelled (if they have not already shipped) and customer may place a new order with modifications

ORDER REJECTIONS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

  • If customer refuses delivery or is unable to receive the shipment (even after 3 attempts) the order will then get cancelled only when the return shipment is received at the warehouse. In such a case the order value that will be refunded will be after deducting the shipping / courier charges. The refund will be initiated within 7 business days from the date the order was received back at the warehouse.

DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

  • Because we use recyclable eco glass bottles for a lot of our products, we ensure they are packed with care. But If there is a damaged shipment, we request customers to email or WhatsApp us within 3 business days with supporting photos, informing us of the same. our email id info.prakrta@gmail.com / care@prakrta.in
  • Our team will investigate the same and also take up the matter with the courier company. The order refund will be initiated within 7 business days after we receive all the required information. We will also notify the customer of the same. We request you to wait for some time after we notify you about the initiation of refunds. Typically refunds may take 7-14 days to reflect in your account depending on the mode and method of refund. For more on refunds refer to our returns, exchange and refund policy
