India's first betaine-free baby wash for newborn baby with a base of chamomile, rose and lavender flower water. no added fragrance. The mild fragrance is from hydrosols (flower waters). There is no water in the formulation as it has been replaced with active ingredients i.e. hydrosol and aloe vera juice. These base ingredients have some serious super powers. For instance Aloe vera juice has anti-microbial, skin healing and soothing benefits. Flower-waters of rose provide soothing hydration and chamomile help relive minor skin irritations. Plus they have a mild natural fragrance without the need to add essential oils.

Why no essential oil ?

Even though essential oils are natural they must be avoided in daily use baby products like baby body wash,  these are complex compounds that have allergens^# and especially for a baby skin they are completely avoidable. So the true hypo-allergenic products avoid fragrances and even essential oils!

Why betaine-free?

In search for sulphate free cleansers scientists came up with a coconut derived cleanser cocoamidopropylbetaine (CAPB). Although derived from natural source but it is one of the top recognized allergens by the American Contact Dermatitis Society*

So Sulphate-free is not good enough anymore for your newborn baby. For a baby’s sensitive skin the best baby wash is the one that is betaine-free too!

Thanks to an amazing ingredient called sodium lauroyl lactylate - The bottom line is a moisturising, barrier protective gentle baby for sensitive skin that is suitable for daily use! It's suitable for even eczema prone and dry skin babies.
